OR ANY OTHER DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES.
SEVERENCE
If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be found by
any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or
unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other
provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the
purposes of litigating any such action. This is the entire agreement between us
relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in
writing, signed by both parties.
